GBARNGA: The search for a missing 9-year-old boy has intensified in Bong, as parents and community residents are calling on Liberia National Police Bong Detachment to promptly investigate the matter.
The disenchanted residents of Rubber Factory Community in Gbarnga on Monday, February 5, 2024 assembled at the Headquarter of the Liberia National Police, in Gbarnga, to plead with the Law Enforcement Agencies to quickly investigate the alleged disappearance of little Moses Vesselee.
The residents told police investigators that little Moses Vesselee commonly known as “Kuwai” went missing during the afternoon hours of Sunday, February 4, 2024 after he and his parents along with some community members had gone to dig sand at the bank of Jor River in Gbarnga.
The citizens expressed fear in the disappearance of the 9-year-old boy, adding that delayed in the search of Vesselee might lead to an undesirable situation.

However, receiving the petition, the Bong County Police Commander told the residents that investigation has since been launched into the matter.
