Man 38, Allegedly Kills his 8months Pregnant Girlfriend

Japanese High Way-May 20,2023: A 38-year-old man identified as Mohammed Layee Fofana allegedly killing his 8 months old pregnant girlfriend in the NTA community on the Japanese Highway.
The incident is said to have happened Wednesday May 17,2023 at about 3 – 5am when Mohamed (defendant) and the victim got into an argument.
The defendant told police investigators that he and the deceased had a misunderstanding during Wednesday, May 17, 2023 early morning hours when he accused her of insulting his parents; which led to him hitting her on the neck thereby leading to her demise.
Furthermore, eye witnesses narrated that the defendant after committing the act left the victim lying unconscious and went about his normal business at a nearby garage where he worked.
They told this paper that Mohamed after some hours sent his co-worker to deliver food money to the victim as an attempt to fake his innocence.
According to close friends of the suspect, Mohamed has on two occasions threatened to harm the victim in a way that will forever be remembered by her family.
However, family sources told Women’s TV that the duo relationship was never approved by the girl’s family but she (the victim) insisted to stay with her boyfriend and continue her affair with him.
Mr. Varlee Tallawally, uncle of the deceased narrated that since his niece relationship with Mohamed, he and Mohamed had never interacted until his niece death.
“my first time seeing this Mohamed guy was at the police station when they called me that my daughter was dead and the man was arrested and carry to the station. We have never talked before. My daughter was at her big sister place but she left from there to stay with him, we tried to stop her but every time her sister goes for her she will take her things and go back to the boy house,” Tallawally, uncle of the deceased lamented.
“Amie was a quiet and humbled person who never wanting trouble but we confused and shocked as to how could this happened,” he asserted.
The family is however pleading for justice into the death of their daughter.
“Our daughter does not deserve what she got and it’s not just her but also the baby; so he took two lives or more as such we demand justice,” Tallawally asserted.
Meanwhile, Mohamed is currently in police custody undergoing investigation while the victim has been buried by family members.
