ARREST WARRANT OUT FOR ANC CUMMINGS

Capitol Hill-January 4, 2022-WTVNEWS: It seems the birth of the Coalition of Political Parties (CPP) is the rise for prolonged internal wrangling which would plunge the party in the mud.
The controversies have landed on the back of Mr. Alexander Cummings, in which the Monrovia City Court has issued an arrest warrant for him.
The writ indicated that Mr. Cummings should be arrested for
‘Forgery and Criminal Conspiracy’ of CPP Framework Document.
“You are hereby ordered to arrest the living body of Alexander B. Cummings and others to be identified, Defendants and forthwith bring them before the Monrovia City Magisterial Court, Temple of Justice to Answer to the crime Forgery and Criminal Conspiracy, based upon the oath and complaint of the Republic of Liberia by and thru All Liberian Party by and thru it’s National Chairman, Theodore Momo, Plaintiff in which it substantially alleged as follows to wit:”, the writ stated.
The ALP Chairman Momo prayed the court to arrest Mr. Cummings for purposely conniving, conspiring and jointly altering the framework document of the CPP.
This claim, Mr. Cummings has since denied in an elaborate Press conference and radio appearence.
The allegation contravenes section 15.70 and 102 of the New Penal Law of Liberia.
It can be recalled that scores of partisans of the ALP called on their leader to withdraw the party’s membership from the CPP.
