Ahead of Run-off Elections, UP Boakai Receives Triple Endorsements

Monrovia -November 6,2023: With approximately seven days to the country’s Presidential Run-off elections, Unity Party Presidential Candidate Amb. Joseph Nyumah Boakai’s quest for the Executive Mansion continues to light up by the day. On November 6,2023, three personalities inclusive of Gbarpolu County Senator -elect Amara Konneh, Independent Candidate in the October 10 elections Madam Bendu Kromah and Togar Gayewea Macintosh, a former Stalwart of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change endorsed the candidacy of Amb. Boakai.

These endorsement come days after ALCOP and other politicians announced support to the presidential bid of Amb. Boakai.

During the ceremony at the Rescue Center in Sinkor, former Finance Minister of Liberia and Senator-elect of Gbarpolu Mr. Amara Konneh stated that his endorsement is base on policy and not on personal relationship.

Konneh believed that Amb. Joseph Boakai is capacitated enough to transform the lives of ordinary Liberians in the country; stressing that the UP Standard Bearer will cater to constituents and give them a better future.

“This should be an issue base campaign, our hospitals are not functioning well. If we continue this set of living we all gonna die easily in this country. My endorsement is base on policy. They have fail to maintain the farm to market road that the UP government built. I did not just jump and endorse my uncle. He will take care of you, he will give you a better future . Today, I for all endorsed the candidacy of Amb. Joseph Nyuma Boakai” Konneh said.

Also, Mr. Togar Gayewea Macintosh, former stalwart of the CDC told the UP Standard Bearer and partisans that after prolonged assessment, it is proven that Amb. Boakai is best suited for the position.

According to McIntosh, Boakai has edge over the other candidate in the Run-off .
“We have a duty to save and fix mama Liberia, so that our dear country mama Liberia can survive. Liberia must have a president, particularly a president who can have our country after the next six years. I stand here today out of my comfort zone and my convenience for mama Liberia. My assessment for the two Presidential candidate shows that Amb. Joseph Nyumah Boakai has the greater edge of the two candidates to adequately serve and rescue our dear mama Liberia. JNB and Koung can better serve mama Liberia. It is against this backdrop I Macintosh do hereby endorsed Amb. Joseph Nyuma Boakai. I herewith take my seat on the train to rescue mama Liberia. Let it be clear that my endorsement today goes beyond my friend JNB but for mama Liberia”

However, Like Amara and McIntosh, Madam Bendu Kromah, Independent Presidential Candidate in the just ended October 10 elections also endorsed the UP Presidential Candidate in the pending elections.
“We endorse Amb. Joseph Boakai today because he is the best candidate amongst the two in the Run-off elections”

Meanwhile, the Party’s Campaign Chairperson and Standard Bearer overwhelmingly received the candidates endorsement .

Madam Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence, Senator of Grand Bassa County and Campaign Chairperson of the party welcomed the endorsements.
“On behalf of rescue mission we want to take this time to welcome u on the train”

Furthermore, Amb. Boakai appreciated the trio for the bold step taken and encouraged Liberians to protect their votes in the elections.
“Liberia will be in a way that people will wonder. Don’t allow these people to steal this election from you. Make that one decision that will change your life.”
