“Pursue your Educational Dreams and make Liberia Better” WOMEN’s TV-Liberia CEO Encourages Kindergarten Graduates, Others

Sinkor-July 30,2023: The Chief
Executive officer (CEO) of WOMEN’s TV-Liberia, Lisa Tenneh Diasay has rallied young kindergarten students and six graders to pursue their educational dreams properly in order to Liberia better.

Ms. Diasay spoke Sunday, July 30, 2023, when she served as Keynote Speaker of the graduation convocation exercises of the Calvary Baptist Church School System.

Fifteen (15) Students including nine (9) from kindergarten and six (6) from six grade graduated to the next levels of their academic sojourn.

According Madam Diasay, early childhood education is critical to the future and a country human capital development.

She noted that Children should be given the best education during childhood to March up with the future needs and desires of society and themselves.

Ms Diasay expressed great satisfaction over the unique performances of the graduates and further lauded the teachers and faculty’s commitment and support.

“Without these great teachers, these young kids would not have performed excellently well. We must applaud the teachers and the school’s administration for their tireless efforts in molding the minds of Liberia’s future generations, please give our teachers a round of applause “.

In the same vein, she thanked parents for prioritizing their children’s education amid the economic hardship in the country. “We understand that parents go through a lot to ensure their children are in school, but please do not stop investing in your kids education especially primary, because it is the bedrock for their growth, and let say that I am proud of your efforts”.

However, two students emerged as Valedictorians of both graduating class due to their scholarly performances during the school year.

Both valedictorians encouraged their parents to continue supporting their educational journey while also highlighting the importance of early childhood Education. “Parents must provide quality education for their children so they become better people in society”.

Meanwhile, the Administration of the school appreciated Ms. Diasay for representing, Mrs Zoquay Beysolow Konneh of ELBC.

“We are proud that you could speak to our students today and appreciate your presence and kindly convey our gratitude to Mrs Beysolow-Konneh, one of our alumni for ensuring that you encourage the future, teachers and we the administration. Your message is very promising and resounding.”
