Miss University Liberia Beauty Pageant Gets Underway

Liberia: Tarr Events & Media Consultancy, in partnership with the Liberia National Students Union (LINSU), has announces the holding of the Miss University Liberia Beauty Pageant 2024/2025.

According to the organizers, unlike other pageants, this event is a non-bikini, research-focused competition designed to showcase the intellectual capabilities and academic research skills of its participants.

The pageant will feature twelve (12) stunning and intelligent contestants from Liberia’s top tertiary institutions.

โ€œThese remarkable young women will compete in a series of challenges that include research, presentations, and discussions on critical issues affecting Liberia and the world. Thematic areas of focus include sustainable development, agriculture, waste management, economic growth, drug abuse, mental health, natural resource management, tourism, youth empowerment, and educationโ€,a release noted.

The Participating Institutions include: University of Liberia, Cuttington University, Stella Maris Polytechnic University, United Methodist University, A.M.E. Zion University, Starz University, African Bible College University, Adventist University of West Africa, BlueCrest University College, Smythe Institute of Management and Technology, African Methodist Episcopal University and Tubman University.
