October 7, 2020-WTVNEWS-Montserrado County: The organizing committee of the just-ended primary of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) Montserrado County district 9 Primary has announced Frank Saah Foko as the winner.
Foko served in the office of the Late Hon. Munah Pelham Youngblood as the Chief is Office staff.
