Visionary School of Leadership and Development Graduate 45 Students, Honors 15 Changemakers

Liberia: In a significant step toward fostering global leadership, the Visionary School of Leadership and Development (Vsolad) has awarded diplomas to 45 accomplished professionals during its 35th Executive Graduate Program graduation ceremony.

Graduates from diverse backgrounds completed the rigorous program, preparing them to drive meaningful change across sectors.

Serving as Keynote speaker, Eddie Jarwolo, Executive Director of Naymote emphasized the importance of passionate leadership amid challenges.

Jarwolo called on the graduates to embrace their roles as future leaders and put what they have learned to use.

“It is not about the degree or certificate. The most important thing is using what you have learned to change your community and the Liberian society” he added.

Further spotlighting the event, Vsolad recognized 15 alumni and professionals with the prestigious International Leadership and Ambassador Award.

This honor highlights individuals who have made significant contributions to leadership and positive change within their communities and globally.

Founder and CEO of Vsolad, Otis Togbah Tarwoe, expressed pride in the graduating class.

“These 45 professionals have not only completed a challenging academic journey but have also embraced the vision of transformative leadership,” Tarwoe said. “We are confident they will become innovators and pioneers in their respective fields.”

The ceremony also acknowledged Vsolad’s international partners, faculty, and lecturers for their critical role in shaping the next generation of leaders. Their commitment was recognized as instrumental in the program’s ongoing success.

As these newly minted graduates step into leadership roles, Vsolad reaffirmed its mission to cultivate leaders equipped to tackle global challenges.

The success of this cohort underscores the increasing demand for forward-thinking leadership education in today’s fast-changing world.

The graduation concluded with the institution’s continued commitment to shaping Africa’s and the world’s leadership landscape, as the graduates were celebrated as the “Pioneers of Change.”
