MAN KILLS HIS WIFE FOR MEMORY CARD, In Grand Bassa County

St. John Community-G.BASSA COUNTY-WTVNEWS: Police in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County have detained a Man for allegedly killing his wife over arguments for memory card.

Garnayee Peters, 35, admitted to killing his 36yrs old wife in St. John Community on Thursday afternoon, couple of hours before 2022, during Police investigation.

According to reports, Garnayee had asked his friend for Emmanuel David for an MP3 player to play music in an attempt to cheer up for the festive season.

The reports further revealed that Garnayee’s wife took control of the MP3 and memory chip in continuous Celebration towards the new year.

Due to her refusal to give the memory card to Garnayee, resulted into an fight.

Garnayee admitted to Police that in retaliation to the slap from his wife for memory card, he then punched her in from her side this resulting to her sudden death. “I tried to take her phone from her to remove the memory card but my wife hit me in my chest that’s how I blew her side and she fell”.

Garnayee is currently behind bars in Buchanan pending Court’s trial.

Garnayee Peters and his late wife have been together since 2008 and they both had three children – two girls and a boy.
